Efficient advise on handling human resources

I have used MFG, mainly Sally Morris, on many occasions but most recently to handle a grievance case between two employees in the workplace. Sally provided clear, easy to understand employment law advice on the steps I needed to follow to ensure I remained compliant with the ACAS code and also followed our own grievance procedure - this was especially important as one of the employees that was involved in the case was on maternity leave, so it had to be handled very sensitively ensuring no discrimation was taking place. Sally was there every step of the way to guide me through, give advice when needed, and answer any questions I may have had. Thanks to her prompt, reliable service I was able to get the matter resolved fairly quickly.
