Where do I start.... Buying a new home is always a stressful process however the sellers solicitor's made my journey ever so more difficult. My experience was one of two halves of the same coin. On one side I had the sellers solicitor's who we're highly unprofessional and in-competent and on my side of the coin I had Jess and Arif, my shinning light. They navigated through all the last minute curve balls that we're thrown at us. The sellers solicitor's caused so many delays that my mortgage offer expired. Jess, some how managed to negotiate an extension with my bank on the existing terms, on two occasions (which is unheard of in the current climate). Arif made himself available whilst on annual leave to ensure we could push the sale through. If you want a firm that actually cares and genuinely wants to provide the best service, look no further. My customer experience with Green & Olive was second to none. They went the extra mile and probably further 20. Thank you again Arif and Jess.
