We had put off sorting our wills etc as I knew it would likely be complicated. Often when things are complicated people can be patronising - Anna helped us above and beyond - she was very understanding and made sure without rushing us that we knew exactly what we needed. 5 star plus service. Anna O’Mara at Sills and Betteridge have just completed my late fathers will and I could not be more impressed. From the first call I made right through to completion has been professional, polite and also very rapid in dealing with any questions I had or issues that popped up along the way. I would definitely recommend Anna and her team to anyone that needs their help. All I’ve had to do is answer a few questions here and there and give them a few signatures and they have done everything else. This is how customer service should be and I cannot thank you enough. Keep up the good work and thanks again Ben.
