This was a purchase which got delayed due to various issues with my buyer. Jade was absolutely brilliant. She did everything in her power to get the sale and purchase moving and if it hadn't been for her being proactive and on the end of the phone whenever I needed the sale would not have happened. She was really on the ball, had a no nonsense approach and even wrote to my mortgage company on my behalf when I was having problems extending the offer. As a single person I felt out of my depth buying a property and felt no question was too silly for me to ask! Would definitely recommend! Harried also helped a lot on completion day making sure everything went through.

I'm new to the area so I got a recommendation for Lester Campbell from my partners colleague. I'd contacted many different people but as soon as I spoke to Jade by email I knew who to pick.
She was completely transparent with the fees (unlike the conveyancer my estate agent wanted me to go with) and was quick to reply to all my questions.
This continued throughout the process. The only easy part of the process was dealing with Lester Campbell! I had so many questions as a FTB and didn't understand a lot of the terms but they always explained everything to me with no problem - I'm sure I must have taken more work than other more experienced clients!
