The bank recommended this company, when we wanted to buy a house. 8 months later and have not forwarded the necessary documents for the change of the ownership. I try repeatedly to contact the person who has taken over the case, but in vain. The only person who can contact, is the secretary. I have left countless messages for this person to contact me, it never happened.
Also, a few months ago, she sent me customer information and information about an apartment in another area. I find this unacceptable to happen, as I feel exposed and insecure about the process.

Never ever go to them. Got mortgage with Lloyds bank who recommended this shower of a company. I've never dealt with such a pathetic arrogant incompetent business as this lot. They were so bad I complained to the bank about getting my fees reinstated I paid them. This lot replying quickly saying no was the only thing they actually did.

Was extremely impressed with the will writing service in Lichfield so contacted them to complete my house sale. Efficient and friendly staff gave me all necessary information and costs and i was with Rachel Freedman as my solicitor. My queries and concerns about the sale have been answered promptly and effectively, I’ve been kept fully informed. The costs were also less than other solicitors suggested to me.

As it says above really, top class from GloverPriest solicitors who oversaw my right to buy mortgage during the difficult Covid 19 pandemic. Would endlessly recommend.

As First time buyers argyles solicitors have been a pleasure to work with, the whole process was done pretty much all over email bar a few physical letters/signatures that needed to be sent which was great for us as it meant we got correspondence quickly and was always in the loop. Jane, Shannan & Rachel were always very quick to respond and we never felt like we needed to pick up the phone to chase them. They kept us updated and made the process painless and simple to understand.

We were due to Exchange & complete the week during Lockdown so when that was annouced we feared the worse and expected to see disruption. - There was but only from the sellers side, Rachel was fantastic and I don't think we could have got a better solicitor to help us during Covid, she was always on hand as she tried to help push our purchase through which after a lot of work her side pushing the vendors solictiors and lawyers we finally got it through.

Rachel Freedman and the team were excellent from the very beginning of the process. Her communication was excellent, with emails and telephone calls responded to extremely quickly.
My transaction was delayed due to issues with the leasehold management company and also incompetence with ‘the other sides’ conveyancing company, yet I always felt Rachel was always doing the very best she could.
The online portal system was very good, particularly at the early stages, allowing most of the information to be processed online, cutting down time.
Although not local to me (as I only used Glover Priest as they were on my Financial Advisors panel) I would use again without hesitation.
