For a few years I've battled with my housing association over the conditions I was left to live in.
I spoke to Steph, from the first conversation to the last she has been very understanding. She through my frustration she listened to me - something my housing association did not! She kept in touch throughout and was generally relatable and fun to deal with. Steph really took the stress out of a stressful phase and I am very grateful for her.
