The Role of Executor, Implementation of a will and probate process

we were given clear advice about the role of an executor and the interpretation of my husband's will. The probate process and it's timescale were explained in a professional but straight forward and friendly manner, the payment method for payment of bills an fees was clearly presented. Being an executor was a new experience but Mr Cockayne helped us to deal with it efficiently and with confidence.

Writing a will
