Michelle did an absolutely wonderful job going through my conveyancing, making what was a treacle strewn path in my head into quite a smooth journey, despite the odd challenge. My move was due to the sad loss of my partner in January, Michelle dealt with me in a kind and compassionate way, but with total professionalism. Not a bad word to say about the whole process.

In difficult times and under a lot of pressure Michelle and Alison dealt with the work load in a professional way and were excellent at keeping me informed and keeping me up to date and staying in touch.
It makes a huge difference being able to pick up the phone and knowing that you can talk to someone rather than an answering machine or pushing buttons. We are loosing the art of communication these days and it relieves the stress to be able to communicate in person.
