Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner but what stood out for me is how this firm (particularly Lynsey who handled my case) understood what was important to me which was the nature of the case it’s self and not just my settlement, really felt I had someone with me fighting for what was important to me which lifted me up during what was a really stressful time for me, I can’t thank her and the fanatics team there enough, if ever I have the misfortune of needing a service like this again, they’re are the only firm I will be using.
