This sale took 14 months from accepting the offer. The purchaser and his solicitors were largely to blame for this but I do feel that Coodes could have pushed things along more proactively in the earlier months.

I instructed Trudy Rosevink without any prior experience of Coodes. I found her and her staff easy to deal with and very knowledgeable, indeed that knowledge I believe helped us ultimately win the case. I would have liked the communication to have been quicker, particularly responses to emails but apart from that both Trudy and Hayley Blatch were excellent.

Teresa and her team were my conveyancers to sell my house and buy my new house, it was a very long process as it was partly through COVID and I took out a lifetime morgage. dispite some quiet spells of not knowing what was happening and not getting some communication that was expected at times when I'd heard nothing for a while. I understood it was a difficult time but overall I was very pleased with the service
very lovely to deal with if u needed to speak to them over the phone instead of email as I sometimes did as I was very stressed they were always helpful and reassuring to me. Teresa was a great solicitor and I want to say thanku To her and the rest of the team. I would definitely use again.
