I'm really impressed with the outstanding service and professionalism I've received from David Cammack. I messed up the forms initially and David kindly offered to redo them for me via a separate appointment for no further charge. Very happy customer.

Painful from start to finish
David Cammack was very unprofessional, always needing to be chased several times before responding. Often promises were made, but never came to fruition. The Patent Licence Agreement was fundamentally inadequate and poorly executed. The termination clauses were conflicting and contradictory. Ultimately he was taught a legal lesson in contract law, not by opposing solicitors, but by just their patent attorney. Embarrassing.

Brilliant!
There are no other solicitors in Colchester I would recommend apart from Goody Burrett. David gave me sound and accurate advice for me and my company which saved me thousands of pounds. He answered my calls every time I reached him. Brilliant!
