We have been using Cantelli and Co for many years both personally and as our appointed solicitor for our house-building firm. They deal with all of our land purchase deals too. They are very good value for money, Rod is very thorough in all his work and he has saved us thousands by spotting potential issues. We have once been forced to use a larger firm by a lender we were working with and aside from costing us an absolute fortune there were numerous errors and issues along the way.
