Residential Property

We have finally sold our house in Mileham after just over 12 months and no less than 5 potential buyers, the final one being the new owner. Possibly the most difficult and stressful thing we've ever done and without the help of Marion Oliver I don't know how we'd have managed. Marion was recommended to us by Haart Estate Agents; her professionalism and personal attention to every detail we very quickly came to value. Even in the darkest days of the twelve months after another would-be buyer had blown out, Marion never lost sight of our goal even though we had all but given up. Once again thank you Marion and best wishes to you and everyone at Ward Gethin Archer from all the family.

The firm was very professional and efficient. Sue communicated well and always very responsive, and her advice was very welcome. With myself being in Singapore she even offered to wake up at 3am to advise on how to electronically complete some documents.

Sue has been wonderful throughout the process and has kept me fully informed at all times. She is always available for a quick call. This is the second conveyancing she has done for us and I'm certain it will not be the last. I have already recommended to others in the family.

we found that the service advice and knowledge that we received were helpful and successfully carried out on our behalf. Unfortunately the advising solicitor Jane O'Beirne is no longer employed which is a shame as no replacement solicitor has been appointed to us

Cannot give Sue enough credit for how amazing she has been throughout our transaction. Being first time buyers is daunting enough, but I have never felt so at ease and happy with how the whole process was. She was always available to talk if we had any worries or concerns, and just got the job done no matter what, and cares deeply for her clients! I would never go anywhere else for my house moves in the future. She is absolutely fantastic and an absolute credit WGA. Thank you so so much, you truly have been the best :)

Tracy Guest has dealt with an auction house sale for us and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her reassuring and extremely competent approach left us feeling calm and completely stress-free throughout. A pleasure to deal with someone so professional yet with a very human touch. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends.
